PBM Safeguard does not guarantee legal compliance and does not verify the accuracy of information entered by users.

2. AI Features

PBM Safeguard and this website include AI-powered features that provide automated responses generated using artificial intelligence.

Information generated by AI features:

• may be incomplete or inaccurate
• is provided for informational purposes only
• does not constitute legal advice

Users must not rely solely on AI responses for compliance decisions and should seek professional advice where necessary.

3. Eligibility

PBM Safeguard operates on a subscription basis billed monthly based on the number of properties registered. Payments are processed through GoCardless.

6. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. After cancellation:

• the account will remain accessible for 30 days
• users may export their stored data during this period
• after 30 days the account and data will be permanently deleted
